A major factor that affects the segmentation accuracy and lifespan of the splitter is adjustment. The factory products of the splitter are obtained by carefully assembling and adjusting precision machined parts. Inappropriate adjustments can affect segmentation accuracy, resulting in impacts, noise, and damage to the splitter that cannot achieve the expected speed and load-bearing capacity. Thereby shortening the lifespan of the splitter.
1. Adjustment of inter axis distance: If the splitter experiences gaps in the positioning workspace due to prolonged use and wear, these gaps need to be eliminated by adjusting the inter axis distance. This can be achieved by synchronously adjusting the eccentric sleeves at both ends of the input shaft. 2. Adjustment of input and output axial positions: The axial position of the cam divider can be adjusted by adjusting the locking nuts on both sides of the cam or the pressure bearing covers on both sides of the input shaft. It is possible to adjust the axial position of the dividing wheel by adjusting the bearing covers at both ends of the output shaft or the locking nuts at the rear end.
