Working principle of high-pressure micro mist humidifier in textile factory
The high-pressure micro mist humidifier for textile factories is a high-tech humidification system developed and produced by our company for the textile industry. It uses a plunger pump to pressurize water that has been purified by a filter to around 30-70kg/cm2. The pressurized water is then transported through a high-pressure thick walled copper tube to an "ultra-fine" nozzle for atomization, and rotates at high speed to spray micro mist particles into the entire space. The micro mist particles absorb heat in the air, change from liquid to gas, evaporate, increase the humidity of the space, and lower the temperature of the air. The entire process is an isentropic adiabatic process.
Performance characteristics
The main unit of the high-pressure micro fog humidification system adopts an industrial imported plunger pump and ABB motor. It can operate continuously for 24 hours, and the nozzle and water mist distributor have no power or vulnerable components, and are not damaged in high dust environments. The advanced multi-channel control system protection has made breakthrough progress in system stability and energy consumption. High pressure mist humidifiers do not require compressed air.
The high-pressure micro fog humidification system has a large amount of micro fog and can be freely combined. The output flow rate of the high-pressure micro fog pump station ranges from 100kg/h to 1500kg/h, and can be infinitely adjusted. The number of nozzles can be configured arbitrarily within the flow range.
The 5-micron precision combination filter can filter out solid particles such as rust, sand, hemp rope, raw material tape, colloids, etc. in water, completely solving nozzle blockage. Using a matching water softener can prevent the occurrence of "white powder" phenomenon and protect equipment from corrosion.
★ Low operating costs for humidification, atomization of 1 liter of water only requires 6W of power, which is one percent of traditional electric humidifiers and one tenth of centrifugal or air-water hybrid humidifiers.
