1、 Prepare
1. Check whether the mechanical and electrical parts are intact. 2. Operate the air brake arm to close the air brakes of two fans.
2、 Start up and operation
1. Close the power switch and activate the explosion-proof switch start button.
2. After starting the operation, check the operation of the fan and make records.
When a malfunction occurs during the operation of the ventilation fan, the power switch should be quickly disconnected, the dispatch room should be promptly reported, and the backup main ventilation fan should be immediately prepared to start. The conversion of the backup main ventilation fan must be completed within 10 minutes.
Before starting the backup ventilation fan, close the air damper, operate the pressure reduction start button, and open the working fan air damper after it runs normally.

(1) The fan may generate high temperatures during use, so avoid touching the casing to prevent burns.
(2) The load current of the motor will vary with the air pressure used by the fan. When wiring, an overload protection switch suitable for the model should be installed and used at the rated full load current to avoid motor burnout.
(3) Please refer to the air volume static pressure curve chart in the catalog for the applicable range of continuous operation of the fan, and use it within the curve range without exceeding the applicable range. If it is necessary to approach the closed pressure during use, a pressure relief valve should be installed in the pipeline. When the pipeline is closed, the pressure relief valve will automatically open to regulate the air inlet and outlet to ensure the service life of the fan. If the fan is operated under the closed pipeline, the temperature will rise sharply. At this time, continuous operation should be avoided, otherwise deformation or damage may occur. When the air used is intermittent, use the air valve switching mode to operate.
(4) Hard objects, dust bags, particles, fibers, and water droplets should be removed before entering the fan, and can be treated with dust bags. If a filter is installed in the pipeline, to avoid pressure reduction losses, please use a large-area filter and regularly clean the pollutants in the filter.
(5) Regularly clean the inside and outside of the fan to remove surface dust. If a large amount of dust accumulates, the heat dissipation effect will deteriorate, which may cause temperature rise, reduced air volume, increased vibration, and ultimately lead to malfunction.
(6) Bearings, oil seals, and mufflers are consumables and therefore have a certain lifespan, requiring regular replacement. At the same time, blades, shells, metal mesh, etc. must also be replaced regularly according to the usage environment (mainly corrosive air flow, gas-liquid mixture, etc.).

1. Inspect the inside of the casing and other parts of the casing to prevent any tools or debris from being left behind;
2. The high-pressure vortex fan is connected to the air duct using a flexible hose (made of non combustible material), with a length not less than 200mm and a diameter equal to the inlet and outlet dimensions of the fan. To ensure that the hose does not twist or deform during system operation, it should be installed with moderate tightness. For the canvas hose installed at the suction end of the fan, it can be installed slightly tighter to prevent it from being sucked in during fan operation and reduce the cross-sectional size of the canvas hose;
3. Ensure the horizontal position of the spindle and measure the concentricity between the spindle and the motor shaft, as well as the non parallelism between the two end faces of the coupling. The non parallelism uniformity of the two axes is 0.05mm, and the non parallelism uniformity of the two end faces of the two axes is 0.05mm;
4. The steel bracket of the vortex air pump must be fixed on a concrete foundation, and a rubber damping pad must be added between the steel bracket of the fan and the foundation. All air pump and motor components are installed on a single steel bracket, and the steel ground frame is installed on the vibration damping pad at the top of the foundation, which is made of porous rubber plate;
5. The diameter of the outlet of the high-pressure vortex air pump can only be increased and cannot be reduced. An insect proof net should be installed at the air outlet, and a wind and rain cap should be added when the air outlet is biased upwards;
6. After installation, try to rotate the transmission group and check for any tightness or collision with the fixed parts. Any deficiencies found must be adjusted properly.

When the high-pressure fan is running, the current consumed by the motor will increase with the increase of pressure and vacuum degree. If the current is too high, it will cause the contactor to trip. To prevent tripping or save electricity, please increase the cross-sectional area of the air outlet as much as possible, or install a wind pressure and air volume regulating valve on the suction or exhaust side.
