High temperature resistant sewage pumps have always been a characteristic product of our company, and we are also a manufacturer that started developing and producing them early in Zhejiang Province. Because the high-temperature resistant sewage pump is a special environmental water transportation equipment of our company, it is equipped with a high-temperature resistant motor, high-temperature resistant cable, high-temperature resistant mechanical seal, and imported high-temperature bearings, all of which can withstand high temperatures up to 100 ℃. The whole machine can be customized with 304 and 316 stainless steel materials according to customer needs, and the internal impeller and main shaft can also be customized with stainless steel materials. Therefore, it has multiple characteristics such as conveying high-temperature media, corrosion prevention, high efficiency and energy saving, no blockage, rust prevention, and easy safe rotation and movement.
Occasionally, some customers may come to inquire about the price of high-temperature resistant sewage pumps, and they often ask how to cool down the motor of high-temperature resistant sewage pumps in high-temperature environments and whether it will burn out. We can all confidently tell that there is no need to worry, because the motor itself is resistant to high temperatures, and high temperatures will not affect its use.
Why was this high-temperature resistant sewage pump developed? Once a dealer from Shandong called and said he wanted a batch of submersible pumps, but it would be best if they could withstand a high temperature of 80 degrees Celsius, because many customers have been looking for submersible pumps that can withstand hot water recently. Because this dealer has been working with us for many years and thought we were trying to develop a high-temperature resistant sewage pump, the manager discussed with the boss and together with the engineer, re purchased parts for testing, conducted multiple destructive tests, and finally successfully developed a cast iron high-temperature resistant sewage pump that can withstand 100 ℃. Afterwards, I will communicate with this Shandong dealer and promote it on a small scale to listen to customer feedback.
Over the years, our cast iron high temperature resistant sewage pump has been continuously improved and has stood the test of the market. It has also been used in the development of Xizang Railway and the East Hospital Project of Wuhan People's Hospital. Later, we developed a stainless steel high temperature resistant sewage pump. The power system of our high-temperature resistant sewage pump is a 100% copper motor, which can withstand high temperature water of 100 ℃. However, ordinary motors can generally only withstand water temperatures below 50 ℃. Therefore, compared to general sewage pumps, our high-temperature resistant sewage pumps have a wider range of applications.

Our high-temperature resistant sewage pump is equipped with a high-temperature mechanical seal that can withstand 120 ℃. The material of this high-temperature mechanical seal is mainly silicon carbide metal. It is understood that general mechanical seals will fail at water temperatures above 50 ℃, so our high-temperature resistant sewage pump is very suitable for transporting high-temperature sewage.

In order to ensure that our high-temperature resistant sewage pump is not affected by temperature in high-temperature sewage, our high-temperature resistant sewage pump is equipped with NSK high-precision bearings imported from Japan. Tests have shown that this imported bearing can withstand high temperatures of 120 ℃.

The high-temperature resistant sealing ring is also an indispensable part of our high-temperature resistant sewage pump, and can also withstand high temperature water of 120 ℃. Compared to ordinary sealing rings, it can withstand high temperatures without softening in water, ensuring the sealing of high-temperature water pumps.

1The medium temperature shall not exceed 100 ℃, the medium density shall be less than 1.2x103kg/m3, and the pH value shall be 4-10.
