Honeywell frequency converter

The Honeywell HD660 series frequency converter is suitable for various variable speed drive devices, with powerful functions, compact structure, and wide power range. It can improve energy efficiency, help customers save energy, and improve process quality.

The frequency converter has the following characteristics:

Simplified design

1. High aesthetic appearance, compact structure, 185-280kW adopts a book shaped design, saves space, and is easy to install

2. High performance current vector control technology, no need for sensors, high speed stability accuracy, wide application range, supports permanent magnet synchronous motor control

3. Wide power range, can support 0.4-1000kW (consult separately for 315kW and above), wide speed range, V/F control can reach up to 3200Hz

4. Independent cooling duct design, equipped with coated panels specifically designed for harsh environments. The entire series comes standard with a cooling fan, and there is no need to reduce capacity within an ambient temperature of 50 ℃. It has high environmental adaptability

1. Up to 16 speed segments can be achieved through built-in PLC or control terminals

2. Within 37kW, all specifications are equipped with built-in braking units, and within 160kW, an optional built-in braking unit is available. Optional braking resistor to enable fast braking of loads with large moment of inertia

3. Comprehensive frequency converter and motor protection functions

Cooling fans of 5.5kW and above can be replaced with just a screwdriver, making them easy to maintain

5. All series are equipped with button type pull-out panel as standard, and knob type panel can be selected

Intelligent in functionality

1. Quick current limiting function to avoid frequent overcurrent faults in the frequency converter

2. Multiple functions including timed control, speed tracking restart, automatic voltage adjustment, sleep and wake-up control, swing frequency control, etc., suitable for various industries and applications

3. Built in PID, which can facilitate the implementation of process control closed-loop control system

4. The carrier frequency and cooling fan can be automatically adjusted and turned on according to temperature rise and load, reducing the temperature rise and noise of the frequency converter

Connected to Expansion

1. The built-in RS485 interface integrates the standard Modbus protocol, making it easy to communicate with other devices. Optional EtherCAT communication

During an instantaneous power outage, the frequency converter can still continue to operate for a short period of time

3. Specialized PC software can be used to backup and restore parameters, supporting factory pre made parameters to save debugging time
