2. The selection of air conditioning units should consider maximizing the use of return air and fully utilizing outdoor fresh air during the transition season.

The air mass flow rate of the air conditioning unit cooler is generally 2.5-3.5 kg/(m · s). When the flow rate exceeds 3.0 kg/(m · s), that is, when the wind speed on the ventilation surface exceeds 2.0m/s, a rear water baffle should be installed.

4. The insulation material of the shell of the air conditioning unit should be non-toxic, non corrosive, odorless, and have the characteristics of being difficult to ignite or self extinguish and not easily absorbing water. When the unit is installed outdoors, the thickness of the insulation layer should be recalculated.

5. The air conditioning unit is designed according to the internal conditions of the building. If installed outdoors, corresponding rainproof measures should be taken, and an overall rainproof cover should be added to the top.

When selecting a unit, the position of the inspection door and the connection method (left and right) should be determined according to the specifications in the product manual. When ordering equipment, configuration diagrams for each functional section of the combined air conditioning unit should be provided.

7. The performance specifications of the product sample are standard parameters of the series, and should be calculated according to the usage conditions when selecting.

8. The fresh air unit should take measures to prevent the coil from freezing and cracking due to fresh air in winter.

9. Pressure gauges and thermometers should be installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the air conditioning unit water system, and filters should be installed on the inlet pipelines.
