2、 Main components composition

Most of the exciters used by domestic vibration aging equipment manufacturers are high-speed DC exciters produced by Baotou Permanent Magnet, generally divided into 5 aging tonnages:

K10-2 tons K2:0-20 tons K3:0-50 tons K4:0-100 tons K5:0-500 tons Customers can choose the appropriate vibration aging equipment according to the workpiece they want to age. For example, if the workpiece is within 15 tons, K2 equipment should be selected, rather than the larger the better. If the workpiece is smaller and a larger exciter is chosen, it will be a big horse pulling a small car, which not only wastes electricity but also shortens the service life of the equipment. At the same time, excessive excitation force may damage the structural performance of the workpiece, causing premature cracking and other phenomena.

The tonnage of the aging process is not the same. For example, K2's equipment can theoretically process workpieces up to 20 tons, but if the volume of the workpiece being aged is relatively large, such as a length of 15 meters or more, even if the workpiece reaches 20 tons or more, or even 30 tons, K2's equipment can still perform aging treatment on it, and the vibration force is still very strong.
