Hump support is suitable for industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, automotive, light industry, food, mineral processing, water treatment, metallurgy, dyes, textiles, and others. It is currently used as a high-performance and widely used large tower support for granular fillers, and is widely used in refining, chemical, fertilizer, ethylene, and oxygen production fields. The largest diameter that has been applied is over 10m. In addition, there are bell jar type supports, corrugated plate mesh supports, and grid type supports.

(3) Filling particles or fragments are not easy to block the hole opening. For filling materials smaller than DN25, a layer of 300mm high large filling material can be first laid on the support plate, and then small filling materials can be stacked.
(4) Lightweight and material saving. It can be made of materials such as metal, plastic, ceramic, graphite, etc.
(5) The unit combination structure facilitates installation from the manhole.
(6) The three-dimensional structure of the support plate is conducive to increasing the opening area, making the opening area around 100%. The principle of opening area is that the opening ratio must be greater than the void ratio of the packing layer, otherwise the support plate forms a "bottleneck" zone, reducing the tower load. The opening area is related to the structure, material, and tower diameter, generally accounting for 70% -100% of the tower section, and should be around 100% for metal support plates.

The principle of opening area is that the opening rate must be greater than the porosity of the packing layer. The opening area is related to the structure, material, and tower diameter, generally accounting for about 70% of the tower section. The product is assembled from several supporting beam components, as shown in the shape and structure diagram. The width of each beam is 290mm and the height is 250-300mm; a gap of about 10mm is maintained between the bottom surfaces of each beam with fixed distance protrusions for downward drainage. The size of the elongated side holes formed by stamping steel plates for gas injection on the beam should not allow 10mm of filler to leak. The size of the elongated holes, regardless of the tower diameter, should be set as 12mm × 45mm long waist holes. The support plate is assembled from multiple beam type support plates and is a detachable structure that can enter the tower through a manhole.
