Working principle of stainless steel hydraulic emergency shut-off valve:

The stainless steel hydraulic emergency shut-off valve is opened by reciprocating the hand cranked oil pump handle to increase the pressure and allow the medium to pass through. In case of fire or other emergency situations, the pressure relief valve of the hand cranked oil pump is opened, and the oil pressure system quickly releases pressure, causing the emergency shut-off valve to immediately close. When the temperature rises above 75 ℃, the fusible plug installed on the oil pump or emergency shut-off valve immediately melts, achieving the purpose of automatic pressure relief and causing the emergency shut-off valve to automatically and quickly close.

When multiple emergency shut-off valves are installed in the pipeline, two hand-operated oil pumps should be used for control, with one pump in operation and the other as a backup to prevent damage to the oil pump and prevent the valve from functioning properly. Each emergency shut-off valve should be controlled by a needle valve (J23H-40P).

1. When storing, seal all external passages of this valve with plugs or cover plates, and store it in a dry and ventilated room. For long-term storage, regular inspections should be carried out to eliminate dirt, and anti rust oil should be applied to the processing surface to prevent rusting.
2. Valves can be installed on horizontal or vertical pipelines for use. Before installation, remove the dust cover and clean the inside of the valve to prevent dirt from entering the valve body and damaging the sealing ring.
3. The emergency shut-off valve adopts the principle of a check valve, which can only cut off in one direction. The flow direction of the working medium of the valve is high in and low out. When installing, attention must be paid to the valve markings, and the end to be protected should be used as the valve inlet.
4. After the valve is opened for 12-14 hours every day, the valve disc should be promptly closed when the system is not working to avoid long-term compression of the spring and reduce the reliability of long-term use of the valve.
5. When ordering products, the flange sealing surface form, pressure rating, and connection standard must be specified.
