The surface particles of the slurry spiral down to the bottom of the vortex; A turbulent zone is formed at the 2.5-5mm edge of the dispersion disk, where the slurry and particles are subjected to strong shear and impact; Two streams are formed outside the area, with the slurry being fully circulated and flipped; The dispersion plate of the disperser is in a laminar state below, and the slurry layers with different flow rates diffuse each other, playing a dispersing role. The hydraulic high-speed disperser has multiple functions such as hydraulic lifting, 360 degree rotation, and stepless speed regulation. 2-4 containers can be configured simultaneously, with a hydraulic lifting stroke of 1000mm and a 360 degree rotation function to better meet the multi-purpose needs of one machine. It can quickly switch from one cylinder to another for operation, greatly improving work efficiency and reducing manual labor intensity.

1. Check if the tension of the V-belt is appropriate.
2. When manually turning the impeller, it should rotate flexibly without any friction sound.
3. Check if all fasteners are loose and if there is any leakage in the sealing parts.
4. Turn on the main motor of the hydraulic high-speed disperser and check if the stirring direction is the same as the direction specified by the equipment.
5. Only after confirming that the above checks are correct can the machine be turned on.
6. Place the impeller in the center of the hydraulic high-speed disperser container, press the descent button, and descend to the required position.
7. The fixture must be tightened before it can be started.
8. Turn on the main motor and press the button according to the required speed for operation.
9. During the operation of the hydraulic high-speed disperser, attention should be paid to the current regularly. If overload operation is found, the machine should be stopped to check the cause, and measures should be taken before continuing to operate the hydraulic high-speed disperser
10. After mixing, stop the main motor first to stop all the impellers from rotating.
11. Turn on the high-speed disperser up button to raise the main shaft impeller above the container and clean the impeller.
