Hydraulic oil pipeline filter element

During the use of hydraulic oil filters, impurities such as mechanical impurities, water, and air may be mixed in due to various reasons. These impurities can accelerate corrosion, increase mechanical wear, reduce work efficiency, deteriorate oil products, and reduce equipment service life. In severe cases, oil circuit blockage can occur, causing production accidents. 2. Divided into high, medium, and low precision levels. 1-5um is considered high precision, 5-15um is considered medium precision, and below 15-25um is considered low precision.

4. Hydraulic filter cartridges generally withstand a pressure difference of 1-20MPa, but some special filter cartridges require a high pressure difference of 42MPa, or even 42MPa+equivalent to system pressure.

The filter element is used to protect specific components in the hydraulic system. It is installed upstream of the components that need to be protected in the medium pressure pipeline to filter out solid particles and gel like substances in the working medium, effectively control the pollution level of the working medium, and ensure the normal operation of the components. Hydraulic oil filter element is mainly made of stainless steel woven mesh, sintered mesh, and iron woven mesh. Due to the use of mainly fiberglass filter paper, synthetic fiber filter paper, and wood pulp filter paper as filter materials, it has the characteristics of high concentricity, high pressure resistance, good straightness, stainless steel material, and no burrs, ensuring a long service life. Its structure is made of single-layer or multi-layer metal mesh and filter material. The number of layers and mesh size of the mesh used in specific use depend on different usage conditions and purposes.
