Its valve structure is piston type, commonly used in automatic control of refrigeration, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, as well as in the fire and boiler industries.

Normally closed: When the coil is energized, the electromagnetic core is attracted, the pressure relief hole is opened, and the main piston is pushed by the pressure of the medium, opening the main valve port and allowing the medium to flow.

When the coil is powered off, the main valve port closes and the medium is cut off.

Normally open: When the coil is energized, the electromagnetic core is attracted, the pressure relief hole is closed, the main piston is pushed by the medium pressure, the main valve port is closed, and the medium is cut off.

When the coil is powered off, the main valve port opens and the medium flows.

Fault 1: No action when powered on

Cause analysis: Poor contact of power supply wiring; The voltage fluctuation of the power supply is not within the allowable range; The coil is short circuited or burnt out.

Solution: Connect the power cord properly; Adjust the voltage within the normal range; Replace the coil.

Fault 2: Fluid cannot pass through when the valve is opened

Reason analysis: The fluid pressure or working pressure difference does not meet the requirements; Fluid viscosity or temperature does not comply; Dirt and impurities are mixed around the valve core and the moving iron core; The pre valve filter or guide valve hole is blocked; The operating frequency is too high or the lifespan has expired during use.
