Overview
The NK-200 series hydrogen purity analyzer uses the different thermal conductivities of gases to measure gas concentration. The detector has a reference chamber and a measurement chamber inside, and the reference chamber is sealed with a reference (reference) gas. The platinum wire is combined with an external fixed value resistor to form a bridge circuit, and a constant current flows through each platinum wire to generate heat. If the concentration of the tested component changes, the thermal conductivity of the sample gas will also change, causing a change in the temperature of the platinum wire in the measurement chamber. By taking out this temperature change in the form of a change in resistance value, the concentration of the measured gas can be calculated

Hydrogen purity analyzerPrecautions for calibration of thermal conductivity gas analyzer:

1) Regular calibration is necessary during the analysis period.

2) The analysis period must be preheated to stability.

3) Bridge pressure and bridge flow must reach the specified values.

3) The thermal conductivity of the background gas in the standard gas should be the same as that of the actual background gas of the object being emitted, otherwise it needs to be corrected.

4) The standard airflow velocity should be equal to the measured gas flow velocity during operation.

5) When accurately calibrating, it is necessary to calibrate multiple points
