Purpose:

IH type chemical pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump, which is an energy-saving product used to replace F-type corrosion pumps for upgrading. Suitable for conveying corrosive media with temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 105 ℃ in chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, power station, food, pharmaceutical, synthetic fiber and other sectors, or media with physical and chemical properties similar to water.
Structural features:
The JH type alkali pump is a horizontal radial part, with a rear opening door structure pump body for axial suction and radial center discharge, using foot supported bearings with thin oil lubricant, and a constant level oil gauge installed on the suspension body. The shaft seal adopts mechanical sealing. Based on the characteristics of alkali crystallization and severe corrosion, the friction pair material is hard to hard, with strong wear resistance, making the shaft seal safe, reliable, and has a long service life.
Application scope:
