The IHG vertical pipeline chemical pump is the latest generation of vertical chemical centrifugal pumps designed and manufactured according to the international standard ISO2858, using the performance parameters of the IS centrifugal pump and the most advanced hydraulic model. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, no leakage, and easy installation and use. Derive IRG, IHG, YG and other series of products suitable for hot water, corrosive media, and petrochemical products based on different usage temperatures and media.

The IHG type pipeline chemical pump motor with a power of over 30kw is designed with two structures: direct connection and detachable. The detachable structure allows the pump rotor to be removed without moving the motor or pump body, greatly reducing maintenance costs and labor intensity.

Working conditions and applicable scope of IHG vertical pipeline chemical centrifugal pump:

1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is ≤ 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.

2. Environmental temperature<40 ℃, relative humidity<40%.

3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
