Imported Venturi steam injector(also known as steam injector or steam jet heat pump), is a fluid power pump that does not have mechanical transmission or mechanical working structural components. It creates a low-pressure area in the throat by driving the energy of steam under high pressure. This low-pressure area utilizes the pressure difference to draw in low-pressure steam. Subsequently, high-pressure and low-pressure steam are mixed in the diffuser, and the output pressure is higher than the original low-pressure steam, thereby achieving a pressure increase of low-pressure steam. This process is based on rigorous principles of fluid mechanics, aiming to effectively utilize low-pressure steam and reduce energy waste through energy conversion and transfer.

In the mixing chamber, high-energy working fluid and low-energy conveyed liquid are fully mixed to exchange energy with each other, and the speed gradually becomes consistent. When entering the diffusion chamber through the throat, the speed slows down and the static pressure rises, achieving the purpose of conveying liquid.

The most suitable working medium for the injector is water vapor, as it provides a large amount of energy and can be condensed into water in the inter stage condenser before being discharged, without increasing the suction capacity of the subsequent injector.
