Jets are highly suitable for heating liquids and slurries of various viscosities and solid contents to precise temperatures. By using a unique manual or automatic combination device regulator, it is easy to control the cutting process, making this injector the perfect choice for achieving temperature conversion.
The internal modulation device ensures precise temperature control and produces predictable results based on the position of the valve stem plug. When the cross-sectional area of the nozzle changes, this provides process stability through a wider range of process condition variations.
When the material enters the injector, a strong shear is formed by the narrow gap between the pressure regulating device and the nozzle. After passing through the vapor material interface, it enters the atomization zone, causing all the material particles to disperse and be heated before being sprayed out in a mist. The unique design of the injector allows the material liquid to instantly contact and mix in the atomization zone, forming turbulence and producing a strong stirring effect, ensuring that the material and vapor are fully and uniformly mixed.
