a. Accurately controlling the temperature of jet cooking, the intelligent jet liquefier adopts a VAD structure design internally, combined with a control system, to accurately control the high-speed steam flow and form high-strength shear turbulence between the high-speed steam and the liquid material, so as to fully and uniformly mix and heat the steam and liquid, accurately control the temperature of the outflow mash, and ensure the smooth cooking of the milk powder.

Energy saving and effective, under the condition of steam pressure ≥ 0.5Mpa and low steam supply pressure not less than 0.5Mpa, the jet liquefaction system has good liquefaction and boiling effect on starch emulsion, 1.8-2.0mm large grain corn flour, dried potato and cassava mash, and requires low head of feed pump and low energy consumption.
