working principle
Traditional steam injectors have problems such as energy waste and low efficiency, so in practical applications, continuous steam injectors are often used. The continuous elimination steam injector is a special type of steam injector that sprays high-speed and high-pressure steam into an intermediate chamber through a curved nozzle, forming a high-speed rotating steam cyclone. Then, it mixes with low-pressure steam in the cyclone area and increases the energy and pressure of low-pressure steam through the laws of conservation of momentum and energy, thereby achieving steam pressurization and delivery.
