Exhaust gas entering: The exhaust gas containing pollutants enters the adsorption box through the intake port.

Adsorption process: When the exhaust gas passes through the activated carbon layer, organic pollutants are adsorbed by the micropores of the activated carbon, and the purified gas is discharged from the outlet.

Regeneration process (optional): When activated carbon is saturated, its adsorption capacity is restored through thermal desorption or steam desorption to achieve resource recycling.

Precautions for use

Pre treatment requirements: The exhaust gas needs to undergo pre-treatment such as dust removal, oil removal, and cooling to avoid particle matter, oil pollution, or high temperature damage to the activated carbon.

Activated carbon replacement: Regularly check the adsorption efficiency, and replace the activated carbon in a timely manner when the outlet concentration approaches the emission standard to prevent penetration.

Safety protection: It is prohibited to open the maintenance door during equipment operation; Equipped with explosion-proof devices and gas alarm systems to avoid open flames or high temperature environments.

Operating standards: Strictly follow the instructions to avoid frequent start stop or overload operation.

Maintenance: Regularly clean the dust inside the equipment, check the sealing performance and electrical connection reliability.

Activated carbon treatment: The replaced saturated activated carbon should be disposed of according to hazardous waste treatment standards to avoid secondary pollution.
