Automotive paint booth equipment is a closed or semi closed device designed specifically for automotive painting operations. By accurately controlling temperature, humidity, air cleanliness, and airflow direction, it provides a dust-free and stable environment for the painting process. At the same time, it efficiently processes paint mist and exhaust gas, ensuring uniform coating quality, high glossiness, and safeguarding the health and safety of operators.
It is divided into two types: dry and wet. Dry type uses multi-layer filter cotton as the core, while wet type uses water curtain or water spin technology to absorb paint mist and adapt to different process requirements.

Spray painting stage: After being purified by the primary filter, the external air is sent into the static pressure chamber on the roof by the fan, and then further purified by the top filter cotton. It flows vertically downwards at a speed of 0.3-0.5 meters per second to form an air curtain that wraps around the workpiece. The paint mist flows through the bottom water curtain and is absorbed before being discharged.
Drying stage: The infrared heater rapidly raises the temperature inside the room to 40-60 ℃, accelerating the curing of the paint film. The heat exchanger recovers waste heat for preheating the fresh air, forming an energy cycle.
Waste gas treatment: Wet equipment captures paint mist through a water curtain, while dry equipment relies on activated carbon or catalytic combustion technology to decompose organic matter, ensuring emissions meet standards.
Application fields:
Furniture manufacturing: suitable for surface spraying of wooden, metal, and plastic furniture, meeting the uniform spraying requirements of irregular furniture and complex curved surfaces.
Industrial coating: provides a dust-free spraying environment for mechanical equipment and metal structures, ensuring coating quality and durability.

Precautions for use:
1. Ventilation and airflow control: Ensure the normal operation of the air supply and exhaust system, maintain micro positive pressure and directional airflow (usually from top to bottom), prevent paint mist from overflowing, and ensure even spraying.
2. Maintenance of filtration system: Regularly check and replace the top cotton, floor cotton, and paint mist filters to avoid blockages that affect air flow and purification efficiency.
3. Temperature and humidity management: The spraying environment temperature should be controlled at 20-28 ℃, with a relative humidity of 40% -70%, to ensure the quality of the paint film.
4. Fire and explosion safety: Open flames are strictly prohibited in the paint booth, and electrical equipment must be explosion-proof; Install combustible gas (LEL) alarm device, and automatically interlock and shut down when the exhaust gas concentration exceeds the limit.
5. Linkage of exhaust gas treatment: Spray painting exhaust gas must be effectively treated (such as zeolite wheel+RTO/CO) to ensure standard emissions, and the treatment equipment should be regularly maintained.
6. Operating standards: Operators should wear protective equipment, clean the workpiece before spraying, and operate according to process parameters (spray gun pressure, distance, gun speed) to improve coating quality and efficiency.
