2、 Introduction

Aluminum Oil Stain Cleaning Agent "is a water-based cleaning agent developed by Haoquan, consisting of surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, and cleaning agents.

Specially designed for cleaning aluminum materials, it can safely and quickly remove various machining oil stains such as stamping oil, stretching oil, lubricating oil, cutting fluid, mold lubricating oil, etc. from the surface of aluminum materials.

After cleaning, the aluminum material does not oxidize or change color, providing excellent protection for aluminum and magnesium alloys.

After cleaning, it still maintains the brightness and cleanliness of the aluminum alloy surface.

5、 Usage:

1. Proportion: 3-5% added to clean water

2. Working temperature: from room temperature to 65 ℃

3. Processing time: Ultrasonic treatment for 3-5 minutes/Immersion treatment for 5-10 minutes

Prepare the working solution according to the recommended concentration and stir the diluent thoroughly before use. Heating the working fluid to 65 degrees Celsius can achieve better cleaning results. Ultrasonic vibration cleaning is used, followed by rinsing with clean water multiple times before drying.

As the number of processed workpieces increases, the usage time prolongs, and the workpieces take away the working fluid, the effective components and liquid level of the working fluid will decrease. If there is not much oil contamination on the surface and the working fluid is not too dirty, this product can be replenished in a timely manner. If the working fluid is relatively dirty and has some oil contamination, it is recommended to replace all working fluids.

6、 Attention:

If the product has undergone shot blasting (sandblasting) treatment, please pay attention to timely drying after cleaning, and do not store it in a damp place, otherwise it may cause oxidation.
