Industrial Pump - Vacuum Pump Maintenance Precautions:

Add a metal filter screen to the inlet of the vacuum pump;
For the maintenance and upkeep of vacuum pumps, a two-week cycle is adopted to clean the sediment in the oil tank, forcibly replace the vacuum pump oil, clean the metal filter screen, and inspect and replace damaged valve plates and springs.
In terms of the selection requirements for vacuum pump oil, mineral oil with low saturation pressure and a kinematic viscosity of 100mm2/s should be chosen, which has the characteristic of low price (for titanium melting, using synthetic vacuum pump oil is not cost-effective economically);
During the cooling period of the ingot or during idle production time, the production team is required to open the gas damper valve and pump the gas to the left and right, in order to discharge the water in the pump oil as much as possible outside the pump; By frequently changing the pump oil, maintaining the cleanliness of the pump chamber, ensuring the reasonable viscosity of the pump oil, maintaining its sealing performance, and reducing the scratching of the pump chamber by hard particles;
By removing moisture from the oil, the generation of hydrochloric acid is reduced, and the corrosion of the pump chamber components by hydrochloric acid is delayed.
