The gas collection system mainly collects the freely volatile gases from the structure and transports them to the subsequent treatment system. 2、 Working principle of low-temperature plasma equipment

The washing system in exhaust gas treatment is used to carry out pre-treatment chemical reactions with exhaust gas in the washing tower, remove dust, and achieve first level purification treatment of exhaust gas through chemical reactions. It specifically includes special fillers, spray devices, dehydration layers, fans, dosing systems, etc.

The low-temperature plasma equipment is equipped with a unique collision absorption unit inside, which intercepts and removes particulate matter from the exhaust gas. The multi-element gas collected by the exhaust gas collection system is purified by a plasma active oxygen purification device. Under the action of a high-pressure plasma electric field, the ionized initial state oxygen ionizes and charges the exhaust gas ions for purification. The charged small ions (dust particles) are collected by the adsorption unit and flow into and deposit into the dust storage box of the gas treatment device. The harmful gases in the gas are sterilized by the ozone generated in the electric field, and the odor is removed. The harmful gases are removed, achieving the purpose of exhaust gas treatment.
