The dome valve core is made of different materials and undergoes different hardening treatments on the surface according to different usage scenarios. By utilizing the smooth and hard surface of the core, it can ensure good and tight contact with the rubber sealing ring to ensure reliable sealing. The rubber sealing ring is made of special rubber and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance, etc., with a long service life. When the valve is opened, the material port flows smoothly without obstruction. This valve is suitable for substances such as gases, liquids, semi fluids, and solid powders. Pneumatic actuators are driven by fully enclosed linear or fan-shaped cylinders, with high output torque and reliable performance, which can meet the working conditions under harsh conditions.

Working Principle:

The pneumatic dome valve can cut off the flowing material flow or stationary material column entering the pressure tank, and then close to achieve sealing. Thus ensuring the filling of the pressure tank without relying on the level gauge of the sending tank, the control principle is simple and reliable.
When processing abrasive materials, the expandable pressure sealing ring embedded in the valve seat ensures the working pressure difference before and after the valve. The elastic and expandable sealing ring can trap material particles, avoiding the wear of the valve seat and sealing ring caused by the sliding of material particles due to pressure difference, greatly reducing maintenance costs and equipment shutdown losses, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of system operation.

working principle

1. The dome valve core is a spherical dome. During the opening and closing process of the dome valve, there is a gap of about 2mm between the core and the rubber sealing ring, allowing the core and rubber sealing ring to move in a non-contact manner. The purpose is to prevent friction and reduce wear between the core and rubber sealing ring. The pneumatic actuator of the dome valve is a fully sealed linear or fan-shaped cylinder, which directly drives the dome valve to rotate, effectively preventing dust from entering and causing wear, leakage, and other phenomena. When the dome valve is in the closed state, the rubber sealing ring inflates and expands, tightly pressing against the spherical dome valve core, forming a very reliable sealing ring that prevents the flow of materials in the pipeline.

Key points for installation and use

1Before installation, carefully read this manual and verify the valve model, diameter, and technical parameters.  

2. It is strictly prohibited to weld the flange after installing the valve to avoid damaging the valve sealing ring. The installation distance of valves reserved for pipelines should be appropriate, and gaskets should be added on both sides of the flange.  

3. The centers of the two pipelines and the diameter center of the valve should be kept coaxial, and the flange surface should be flat without significant deviation to ensure the clamping and normal operation of the valve. Tighten the bolts evenly and symmetrically.

4. The valve has been adjusted and dynamically tested before leaving the factory, and the air circuit connection is intact.
