Characteristics of Blue Torch Infrared Burner:

Drying principle:
1、 According to the principle of radiation, any object will radiate energy to the outside world. According to Boltzmann's law, the relationship between the energy radiated by an object and its temperature follows the following equation: E=σ T4. Therefore, it can be seen that there is a fourth power relationship between the energy radiated by an object and its temperature, that is, the higher the temperature of the object, the greater the energy radiated to the outside world. The heat generated by gas combustion can raise the temperature of an object to 800-1000 ℃, thereby emitting strong infrared radiation with a corresponding wavelength of 2-4 μ m.
2、 Principle of infrared heating (drying)
Infrared radiation is an invisible light that propagates in a straight line at the speed of light and has a certain degree of penetration. After being absorbed by an object, infrared radiation can be quickly converted into heat energy, thus having a strong heating effect. Different materials have different absorption rates for infrared radiation, and water is one of the substances that can strongly absorb infrared radiation. After absorbing infrared radiation, water rapidly rises in temperature and evaporates, which is the principle of infrared drying. The speed of infrared heating is several times faster than conventional hot air heating, so infrared can be used in situations that require rapid heating and drying.
