1、 Definition of suction fan
The suction fan is an air pump that generates power based on the principle of centrifugal force, also known as a high-pressure blower or vortex fan; It is commonly referred to as an air ring fan or a side flow fan in foreign countries.
2、 Working principle of suction fan
After the power is turned on, the fan rotates. Due to the groove design of the impeller, it will drive air flow. Therefore, air enters the pump body through the inlet, and the air is stirred inside. Each groove is pressurized in a vortex like manner, circulating one after another, ultimately forming a strong airflow energy, which is discharged from the pump body through the outlet for use.

1. The fan may generate high temperatures during use, so avoid touching the casing to prevent burns.

2. The load current of the motor will vary with the air pressure used by the fan. When wiring, an overload protection switch suitable for the model should be installed and used at the rated full load current to avoid motor burnout.

3. Please refer to the air volume static pressure curve chart in the catalog for the applicable range of continuous operation of the fan, and use it within the curve range without exceeding the applicable range. If it is necessary to approach the closed pressure during use, it is advisable to install a pressure relief valve in the pipeline. When the pipeline is closed, the pressure relief valve will automatically open to regulate the air inlet and outlet to ensure the service life of the fan. If the fan is operated under a closed pipeline, the temperature will rise sharply. At this time, continuous operation should be avoided, otherwise deformation or damage may occur. When the air used is intermittent, it is better to use the air valve switching mode for operation.

4. Hard objects, dust bags, particles, fibers, and water droplets should be removed before entering the fan, and can be treated with dust bags. If a filter is installed in the pipeline, to avoid pressure reduction losses, please use a large-area filter and regularly clean the pollutants in the filter.

5. Regularly clean the inside and outside of the fan to remove surface dust. If a large amount of dust accumulates, the heat dissipation effect will deteriorate, which may cause temperature rise, reduced air volume, increased vibration, and ultimately lead to malfunction.

6. Bearings, oil seals, and mufflers are consumables and therefore have a certain lifespan, requiring regular replacement. At the same time, blades, shells, metal mesh, etc. must also be replaced regularly according to the usage environment (mainly corrosive air flow, gas-liquid mixture, etc.).
