In industry, ink wash wastewater generally comes from printing factories, which generate a large amount of high chromaticity ink wash and ink wastewater during the production process. The main characteristics of this type of wastewater are high concentration, small water volume, and significant changes in water quality and quantity, making it difficult to use conventional treatment methods for treatment. If ordinary biochemical treatment is used, the investment cost is too high, the treatment cost is too high, and the land area is also very large.

Introduction to Ink Wastewater Treatment Process


Based on the characteristics of ink wastewater in printing factories, our company has adopted patented ink specific treatment agents and improved the printing wastewater treatment system. The ink and wash wastewater treatment process involves quantitatively adding printing plant wastewater treatment agents into the system. After a period of reaction, a "molecular network" is formed, which naturally settles under the action of gravity in the sedimentation tank. The pollutants that are flocculated and precipitated by the "molecular network" are deposited at the conical bottom of the sedimentation tank and discharged at any time. The supernatant is discharged into the sand tank filtration system and then discharged in compliance with standards.

  

Other effective treatment processes for ink wash wastewater


The use of coagulation sedimentation+UASB+MBR process can also achieve good treatment results. Coagulation precipitation is used for pretreatment to reduce the burden of subsequent processing. There are two types of subsequent treatments: one is multi-stage aerobic biological treatment, and the other is anaerobic aerobic biological treatment, which is a relatively energy-saving and low-cost process.

Traditional processes are difficult to achieve process control and meet emission standards.
