4、 Working principle and process flow:

Principle:

The cyclone desander is based on the principles of centrifugal settling and density difference. When the water flow enters the equipment tangentially from the inlet of the desander under a certain pressure, it generates strong rotational motion. Due to the different densities of sand and water, under the action of centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy, and fluid pulling force, the low-density clear water rises and is discharged through the overflow port, thus achieving the purpose of desanding. Within a certain range and conditions, the higher the water pressure of the sand remover, the higher the sand removal rate, and multiple units can be used in parallel.

Process flow:

Raw water → Cyclone sand remover → Precision filter → Water storage tank → Deep treatment → User

5、 Operating instructions:

1) During normal operation, it is necessary to open the inlet and outlet valves and close the drain valve;

2) When the sand in the storage tank reaches a certain height, it should be drained. Open the drain valve when discharging until clear water flows out;

3) After the discharge is completed, simply close the discharge valve;

4) If the sand discharge pressure is insufficient, the valve at the outlet can be closed;

7、 Installation, debugging, and maintenance:

1) Equipment installation should have a solid foundation, which should be flat and can also be directly installed on the ground.

2) Install pipelines and determine the direction of water flow.

3) It can be used in parallel according to the actual processing water volume.

4) It can be used in series according to the actual processing accuracy.

5) Layout plan

Due to the absence of moving parts during the operation of the device, it is maintenance free. But it is necessary to maintain stable inlet load and even opening and closing force of the drain valve. Avoid human damage.
