1 Overview

The AISD300 series three-phase intelligent safety distribution device is an intelligent safety distribution product developed by Ankerui specifically for the low-voltage distribution side. This product is mainly designed for electrical safety issues caused by personal electric shock, line aging, short circuit, leakage, and other reasons in low-voltage distribution systems. The product is mainly used in various low-voltage power consumption places such as schools, gas stations, hospitals, banks, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, hotels, shopping malls, enterprises and institutions, household appliances, tourist attractions, etc., providing safe and reliable power supply for electrical equipment in the places.

2 Functional Features

Improve power supply continuity. When a single-phase grounding fault occurs in the load side power grid of the device, the power grid can continue to supply power and the device will sound an alarm, but it will not cut off the power supply and will not affect the continued operation of the electrical equipment.

Improve power supply safety. When a single-phase grounding fault occurs in the load line on the output side of the device, sparks will not be generated at the grounding point to prevent electrical fire accidents.

Ensure personal safety. The device limits the leakage current of the load side power grid, and can protect the human body from electric shock accidents when accidentally touching a single power supply line.

■ Monitoring and alarm function. When the backend output circuit experiences overload, undervoltage, insulation, or internal overheating faults, the device emits sound and light alarm signals.

Measurement and display of electrical parameters. The device can measure the current, voltage, power, electrical energy, device temperature, and ground insulation resistance of the output line in real time, and display them on the touch screen in real-time.

Event records. The device can store 20 event records for users to query.

■ Communication function. The device is equipped with one RS485 communication channel and adopts the standard Modbus RTU protocol. Wireless communication function can also be optionally selected to send data to the cloud platform through wired networking or wireless methods. Users can use browsers, mobile apps, or WeChat accounts to remotely monitor and control the device.

■ It has emergency power switching, surge protection, and emergency button power-off functions.

5.1 Appearance and Dimensions

The AISD300 series single-phase intelligent safety distribution device with a capacity of 20kVA~40kVA shares a common box, and its appearance and installation dimensions are shown in the following figure (unit: mm).

5.2 Installation Method

The AISD300 series three-phase intelligent safety distribution device is installed on the ground. During installation, the intelligent safety distribution device is placed on a horizontal ground, and after ensuring that the four universal wheels are evenly supported and stressed, the brake pedal of the universal wheels is pressed down to ensure that the wheels are tightened and cannot rotate.
