Technical requirements for hyperbolic mixer
The hyperbolic mixer is required to have low disturbance and high-performance solution homogenization ability, and ensure that the sludge in the discharge comprehensive tank is not stratified. The impeller speed and diameter are determined based on the type and size of the sludge discharge comprehensive pool.

Installation of hyperbolic mixer:
1The bridge frame should be calibrated horizontally, and the half bridge frame columns should be calibrated vertically. The anchor bolts and connecting parts should be sturdy and reliable.
2Place the shock absorber seat flat on the designated position of the bridge frame, align it horizontally, and connect it to the bridge frame for fixation.
3The deceleration motor is installed on the shock absorber seat and connected and fixed.
4Connect and tighten the impeller and mixing shaft flange with bolts.
5Place the impeller and mixing shaft into the pool, connect and tighten the mixing shaft to the output shaft of the reducer.
