Overview

The manufacturer of Type A comprehensive water treatment equipment provides a detailed overview of the usage instructions for Type A comprehensive water treatment equipment.

Product Details

The A-class comprehensive water processor utilizes a three in one filtration and adsorption system consisting of digital radio frequency effect field, active filter layer, and mechanical variable diameter barrier layer, enabling a device to have comprehensive optimization and treatment functions for water quality, thereby achieving the effects of anti scaling, sterilization, algae removal, rust removal and corrosion inhibition, and ultra clean filtration and purification of water quality. It has many advantages such as mechatronics design, high flow rate, pure physical treatment, no need to add chemical agents, simple operation, easy maintenance, and a service life of over 20 years. The A-type comprehensive water treatment plant is mainly composed of several parts, including an RF generator, an active filter, an RF converter, and a transducer. The RF generator consists of a power supply, an imported MOTO integrated module from the United States, a heat sink, and other components.
Instructions for using the A-type comprehensive water processor:
1. Before equipment operation
Before starting the operation of the equipment system, the system pipelines should be flushed first. At this point, the inlet and outlet valves of the equipment must be closed, and the bypass valve must be opened.
2. Normal operation
(1) Carefully check the condition of the pipelines, valves, and circuits to ensure they are connected.
After checking for accuracy, open the inlet valve, outlet valve, and close the bypass.
Open the distribution box with the key and close the air switch.
⑷ Lock the distribution box door with the key, press the switch, and the power indicator light will turn red and the module indicator light will turn green, indicating that the equipment is operating normally.
3. Backwash and sewage discharge
⑴ Discharge rate: When the water quality is poor or the new system is used for the first time, it should be backwashed 3 times every 10 hours. After normal operation, it depends on the water quality.
⑵ Backwash: When the concentration factor of the system reaches the set value (conductivity meter indicator setting) or the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches the system set pressure difference, automatic backwash will be carried out. Backwashing the filter body with water flow can revive the filter body. The backwash time depends on the water quality, usually 10-20 seconds.
After reviving the filter body, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is restored to the original pressure difference.
⑷ Return to working state.
Type A comprehensive water treatment plant installation form and location:
1) Principle of overall management: The "comprehensive water treatment unit" should be installed on the inlet main pipeline to filter and adsorb impurities. Control the quality of incoming water.
2) Independence principle: In principle, each independent system of the "comprehensive water treatment plant" should be installed separately. For example, the refrigeration and cooling circulating water systems should be installed separately on the return water or supply main pipeline.
3) Type A comprehensive water treatment equipment should be installed at the lower part of the water system or in the return water pipeline (circulation system). The operating pressure of the installed system should be greater than 0.25MPa to meet the needs of sewage discharge.
4) It should be installed in a bypass form for drainage and maintenance purposes.
