The wastewater collected by the breeding farm first passes through a grid pool, where coarse solid debris is removed through an artificial grid before entering a regulating pool. The regulating pool can adjust the water quality and quantity, and has a uniform regulating effect on severe fluctuations in water quality and quantity, so that its concentration meets the fermentation requirements.


The sewage is lifted into the anaerobic fermentation tank. Wastewater is in an anaerobic state, and through the action of anaerobic and methanogenic bacteria, organic matter in the wastewater is decomposed into methane water and carbon dioxide. Anaerobic effluent enters the biological aerobic contact oxidation tank for aerobic biochemical treatment. The small molecule organic matter hydrolyzed in the anaerobic tank is further decomposed by aerobic microorganisms here; There are biological fillers installed in the pool, and the bottom of the pool is aerated. Aerobic bacteria attach to the fillers to form biofilms, which rely on organic matter in the sewage to provide nutrients. Under sufficient aeration conditions, the organic matter in the sewage is consumed, achieving the goal of reducing organic matter in the sewage.


After contact oxidation, the effluent is treated by sedimentation and flows into the oxidation pond. Aeration equipment is installed in the oxidation pond to further treat the sewage. The oxidation pond has high treatment efficiency for organic sewage with low concentration, and also has the effect of removing nitrogen and phosphorus. After treatment in the oxidation pond, the sewage fully meets the standards for agricultural water. After passing through the oxidation pond, the sewage is injected into the reuse water tank, which is equipped with a reuse water pump. 60% of the treated sewage is used as flushing water for the breeding farm through the reuse water pump. The remaining 40% of the standard water is raised here as irrigation water for farmland, achieving the goal of full recycling.


The sludge generated during the sewage treatment process first enters the sludge concentration tank for dewatering, and then is pumped into the sludge drying bed for drying treatment. The dried sludge is sent to the composting workshop and mixed with feces for composting, and then made into organic fertilizer for export.
