The fully automatic dosing device is an automatic dosing equipment, which can be divided into automatic dosing device, circulating water automatic dosing device, boiler automatic dosing device, phosphate automatic dosing device, etc. Each type of dosing device has different specifications. When selecting, attention should be paid to selecting appropriate equipment for different industry needs. A dosing device is a complete set of equipment that integrates dosing, stirring, liquid transportation, and automatic control. It is used in circulating water systems that require the addition of buffering agents, scale inhibitors, and bactericides to accurately dosing and metering water quality treatment agents. In the process of water supply and drainage treatment, various chemical agents are often added for scale inhibition, sterilization, algae removal, coagulation, and flocculation to achieve the purpose of purifying water.
Structural design of fully automatic dosing device:
The fully automatic dosing device mainly consists of an automatic controller, solution tank, dosing pump, etc; Online detection instruments include conductivity meters, pH meters, ORP meters, etc. Corrosion rate control has a corrosion rate tester, which can achieve online network testing and remote login to detect data. It is currently an advanced automatic dosing control system.
Working principle of fully automatic dosing device:
1) Using gasification dissolution, the gas pipeline is connected to the bottom of the solid-liquid isolation plate, and the air compressor or fan installed on it is used as the gas source.
2) After entering the dissolution tank, gas forms an air cushion layer at the bottom of the isolation plate. When the air cushion layer reaches a certain thickness, the gas is released at high speed from the narrow slit of the filter cap, directly impacting the solid coagulant on the isolation plate. Intense stirring causes the coagulant particles to collide and break, quickly dissolving in water.
3) After the gas shock stops, the dissolved liquid enters the lower storage tank through the discharge tube for storage. At the same time, solid particles are intercepted by the filter cap on the liquid isolation plate. Medicinal residues can be discharged regularly.
4) The liquid in the storage tank is pumped by a matching metering pump to the mixing reaction tank.
Features of fully automatic dosing device:
1) The pump is installed by suction, which is not easy to block, has a long trouble free operation time, and has low operating costs;
2) Excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.
3) Material of solution tank: PE, fiberglass, carbon steel lined with adhesive, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel;
4) Blender material: 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel; Steel lined plastic;
5) Material of the overcurrent part of the metering pump: PP, PVC, PVDF, SS316;
6) Intensive design, small footprint, simple structure, and stable performance;
7) Accurate measurement, convenient adjustment, good economy, and easy installation and maintenance.
Application scope of fully automatic dosing device:
1. Dosing in wastewater and sewage treatment in environmental protection is mainly used for wastewater and sewage treatment in cities, industrial and mining enterprises, large hotels, and restaurants.
2. Power plant furnace dosing: ammonia addition to feedwater, hydrazine addition, phosphate addition to boiler water, coordinated control of phosphate addition to boiler water, ammonia addition to condensate water, etc.
3. Boiler injection of chemical solution is mainly used in situations where boilers are used in thermal power plants, chemical industry, metallurgy, ships, centralized heating, etc.
4. Water treatment dosing: adding coagulants, coagulants, defoamers, etc. to sewage.
5. Used for pre-treatment and dosing of tap water supply, mainly used in urban water plants, large enterprise owned water plants, textile printing and dyeing, steel, papermaking and other industries.
6. Power plant boiler external dosing: adding flocculant to raw water, adding coagulant aid to raw water, adding stabilizer (corrosion inhibitor) to circulating water, adding scale inhibitor to circulating water, adding bactericide to circulating water, adding ammonia to the start-up boiler room, adding phosphate to the start-up boiler room, and coating the condenser with ferrous sulfate.
