With the improvement of people's living standards, the discharge of domestic sewage is becoming more and more serious. In this form, the treatment process of domestic sewage is constantly improving. Domestic sewage treatment uses physical, chemical, and biological methods to remove organic and inorganic impurities contained in domestic sewage, so that the water quality meets the discharge standards or reuse requirements. Biochemical methods are generally used to treat domestic sewage at home and abroad because the BOD5/CODcr of domestic sewage is ≈ 0.5, which has strong biodegradability. The contact oxidation method has the advantages of high volumetric load, short residence time, good organic matter removal effect, simple operation, and small footprint.
For this purpose, we have chosen the contact oxidation method with mature technology and reliable operation. (Note that BOD is biological oxygen demand, COD is chemical oxygen demand) Domestic sewage and wastewater treatment+China has a small per capita water resource occupancy and uneven spatial distribution. With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization in China, the demand gap for water resources is also increasing day by day. In this context, the sewage treatment industry has become an emerging industry, currently occupying an equally important position as the tap water production, water supply, drainage, and reclaimed water reuse industries. The development and progress of China's sewage treatment industry was relatively late. From the founding of the People's Republic of China to the reform and opening up, the demand for sewage treatment in China was mainly focused on advanced industrial and national defense applications. After the reform and opening up, the rapid development of the national economy and the significant improvement of people's living standards have driven the demand for sewage treatment. After entering the 1990s, China's sewage treatment industry entered a period of rapid development, and the growth rate of sewage treatment demand was much higher than the global level. Overall, China's sewage treatment is undergoing a profound transformation from small scale, low level, single variety, and serious inability to meet demand to having a considerable scale and level, significantly improving variety quality, and initially meeting the requirements of national economic development. The demand for sewage treatment will gradually achieve self-sufficiency.

And it has a smaller volume than activated sludge tanks, strong adaptability to water quality, good shock load resistance, stable effluent quality, and will not cause sludge expansion. A new type of elastic three-dimensional packing material is used in the pool, with a large specific surface area and easy biofilm formation and detachment by microorganisms. Under the same organic load conditions, it has a high removal rate of organic matter and can improve the solubility of oxygen in the air in water.
3. The biochemical tank adopts the biological contact oxidation method, which has a relatively low volume load of the filling material, and the microorganisms are in their own oxidation stage, resulting in low sludge production. It only takes more than three months (90 days) to discharge the sludge (using fecal trucks to suction or dehydrate into sludge cakes for external transportation).
4. The deodorization method of this buried domestic sewage treatment equipment not only uses conventional high-altitude exhaust, but also includes soil deodorization measures.
5. The entire equipment processing system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and equipment fault alarm system, which operates safely and reliably. Generally, there is no need for dedicated personnel to manage it, and only timely maintenance and upkeep of the equipment is required.

It is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic and stainless steel, and has excellent characteristics such as corrosion resistance and aging resistance, with a service life of more than 50 years;
The complete set of equipment is simple to construct and easy to operate. All mechanical equipment is automatically controlled, and all devices can be installed below the surface.
Our company's domestic sewage treatment process is "wastewater → mechanical grid → regulating tank → hydrolysis acidification → primary contact oxidation → secondary contact oxidation → precipitation → flat membrane MBR reactor → disinfection". The main process consists of two stages: physical and chemical treatment and biochemical treatment. The physical and chemical treatment stage is when domestic sewage is collected by the pipeline network and flows through mechanical grids to remove larger particles from the water, reducing the difficulty of sewage treatment, and then flows into the regulating tank for uniform water quality, quantity, and aeration. The biochemical treatment stage is when sewage is pumped into the hydrolysis and acidification tank and undergoes adsorption and hydrolysis by facultative bacteria on the biochemical packing to degrade organic matter. It then enters the first stage contact oxidation tank, where aerobic microorganisms in the water degrade the organic matter into low-energy inorganic salts, water, and carbon dioxide. The sewage flows into the second stage contact oxidation tank to further degrade residual organic matter, and then flows into the sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation to obtain clean water and sludge. The clean water is filtered through a flat membrane MBR reactor to remove residual suspended solids, and then disinfected with chlorine dioxide in the disinfection tank before being discharged. Part of the sludge in the sedimentation tank flows back to the hydrolysis acidification tank and the industrial wastewater treatment primary contact oxidation tank. The remaining sludge is pumped into the sludge concentration tank by the sludge pump, and the sludge is regularly transported outside after being treated by the belt filter press. The supernatant in the sludge concentration tank flows back to the regulating tank.
