Integrated escape ammonia NH3 online monitoring equipment
Integrated escape ammonia NH3 online monitoring equipment
The powder material storage yard should adopt a fully enclosed form of strip or circle, and the block material storage area should be surrounded by windproof walls, windproof and dust suppression nets, etc. (except for entrances and exits). At the same time, dust suppression measures such as watering, covering with dust-proof cloth (net), or spraying should be taken.
(3) Transportation
Set up vehicle cleaning areas and facilities at the exit, and transport carriages should be sealed or covered effectively. Open transportation is strictly prohibited to prevent dust pollution caused by scattering along the way. Mining transportation roads should be hardened, cleaned and watered regularly, and road dust should be controlled.
(4) Site environment
The roads within the site and the connecting lines with the main roads should be hardened and regularly cleaned and watered to maintain cleanliness; The transportation roads outside the site should be regularly cleaned and watered to ensure road cleanliness. Vehicles loading and unloading materials should take dust suppression measures such as watering and spraying. Transport vehicles should clean their wheels and bodies when leaving the departure area.
(5) Production process equipment, exhaust gas collection systems, and pollution control facilities should operate synchronously. When the exhaust gas collection system or pollution control facilities malfunction or undergo maintenance, the corresponding production process equipment should be stopped and put into use together after the maintenance is completed.
6. Concrete mixing plant
(1) Mixing plant
The mixing host and batching machine should be located in a closed mixing building, equipped with dust collection facilities; Raw material feeding, batching, and mixing equipment must be fully enclosed.
The concrete discharge port of the mixing plant should be equipped with facilities to prevent concrete splashing, and the production waste on the ground should be cleaned up in a timely manner to maintain the cleanliness below the main machine discharge port and prevent concrete deposition.
(2) Aggregate and powder silos
The aggregate batching bin should adopt a closed silo. The powder silo and aggregate silo arranged outside the closed mixing building must be equipped with pulse bag dust removal facilities.
The powder silo shall not have any outlet to the atmosphere except for the blowing pipe and dust collector. The soot blowing pipe should adopt a hard sealed interface and should not leak; The feeding port should be equipped with sealed dust-proof facilities.
(3) Aggregate transportation
The aggregate conveying pipeline must be fully sealed and there must be no outlet to the atmosphere during operation.
(4) Aggregate yard
The aggregate yard should be fully enclosed except for the entry and exit of vehicles, to achieve the loading, unloading, transportation, and batching of aggregates indoors.
The import and export of vehicles in the aggregate yard and the unloading area must be equipped with spray facilities for dust reduction or negative pressure dust collection devices. On site crushing of stone materials and screening of sand and gravel should be completed in a fully enclosed factory building, and equipped with spray facilities for dust reduction or negative pressure dust collection devices.
(5) Factory environment
The roads within the factory area and the connecting lines with the main roads should be hardened and regularly cleaned and watered to maintain cleanliness. Dust and ash accumulation in the rainwater drainage ditch of the factory area should be cleaned up in a timely manner. Transport vehicles should clean their wheels and bodies when leaving the departure area.
