Integrated power supply system

The integrated power supply system is a complete set of equipment that combines AC power supply, DC power supply, power UPS, communication DC conversion power supply (DC/DC), and emergency lighting devices, shares the battery pack of DC power supply, and monitors them uniformly. The intelligent integrated power supply system adopts intelligent modular design, and is monitored by a unified microcomputer monitoring system. Various analog signals and switch signals of DC power supply, power UPS power supply, AC power supply, communication power supply, and emergency lighting are displayed and fault handled uniformly by the main monitoring unit, and can automatically switch between equalization and float charging according to the actual operation of the battery pack, fully realizing intelligent battery management. Through fieldbus, decentralized control and centralized management of each sub power system are achieved, and IEC61850 digital communication with the upper computer system is realized through Ethernet interface, making the station power supply a transparent and open system with unified language.

The system adopts a decentralized control system, modular structure, simple screen assembly, flexible configuration, unified management, and redundant backup method, greatly improving the reliability of the system.

The cabinet adopts a high-strength cold-rolled steel plate welded frame structure, which is flexible to assemble. The front door adopts 5mm tempered glass door, with high transparency and noble elegance. Internally, it adopts a modular combination, with convenient and flexible wiring, reasonable process structure, and easy maintenance.
