Integrated sewage treatment equipment: Do you know how to install sewage treatment equipment
Product Details

The sewage treatment plant has a large number of treatment process facilities (or structures) and auxiliary production facilities. Production process equipment such as grid trash collectors, pumps, mixers, fans, dosing equipment, sludge thickeners, dewatering machines, mixing and stirring equipment, air diffusion devices, electric valves, etc. The malfunction of these process equipment will affect the operation of the sewage treatment plant or cause the shutdown of the entire plant.

The operation and management of sewage treatment plant equipment refers to the management of equipment throughout the entire production process, from selection, installation, operation, maintenance to scrapping. Therefore, the content of equipment operation management can be summarized into the following main aspects:

① Reasonably select and safely use equipment. For example, selecting technologically advanced and energy-saving equipment, arranging appropriate production tasks and loads based on the performance of the equipment, and creating a favorable working environment for the equipment; Arrange equipment operators with a certain level of technical proficiency and proficiency.

② Do a good job in equipment maintenance and repair.

③ Plan equipment updates and renovations as needed and possible.

④ Carry out equipment acceptance, registration, storage, and scrapping work.

⑤ Establish equipment management files.

⑥ Handle equipment accidents properly.

(2) Equipment operation management

① Although the manager is responsible for formulating the enterprise's mechanical equipment operation and maintenance management system, preparing annual maintenance plans and spare parts procurement plans; Responsible for the management of purchasing, accounting, allocation, and disposal; Compile equipment catalogs or archives; Responsible for providing technical solutions for updates and renovations, participating in equipment major repairs, renovations, and updates, leading testing and acceptance, participating in equipment safety inspections and accident analysis and handling, etc.

② The operator responsibility system includes the job responsibility system for personnel operating equipment, operating procedures, inspection system, shift handover system, etc.

③ The operating procedures of mechanical equipment include equipment scheduling procedures, emergency handling procedures, and accident handling procedures.

(3) Equipment maintenance management

① The content of equipment maintenance management is to establish mechanical equipment files, such as name, performance, drawings, documents, operating dates, test data, maintenance records, etc. Adhere to the system of mechanical equipment maintenance and repair. Develop maintenance regulations for mechanical equipment, such as technical standards for maintenance, maintenance procedures, and acceptance of maintenance. Establish a system for spare parts and components.

② Equipment wear and maintenance

A. The concept of equipment wear and tear: Equipment will experience two types of wear and tear during long-term use. One is material wear, which refers to the loss caused by friction and vibration due to mechanical force during use; The second type is technical wear and tear, such as equipment being scrapped due to improper operation or other reasons and no longer usable; Or due to the advancement of science and technology, devices with better performance and efficiency for the same purpose continue to emerge,

Resulting in a decrease in the 'value' of the existing old equipment. Formally speaking, the former is called tangible wear and tear, while the latter is called intangible wear and tear.

B. The categories of equipment maintenance work include lubrication, corrosion prevention, cleaning, and component control and replacement. Generally, equipment maintenance is classified as follows.

(a) Daily maintenance refers to the external maintenance of equipment, such as cleaning, inspection, and refueling, which is undertaken by operators and is one of the contents of shift handover.

(b) First level maintenance refers to the inspection and maintenance of vulnerable components of equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, disassembly and adjustment of local and key parts of the equipment, which is generally carried out by operators under the guidance of dedicated maintenance personnel.

(c) Secondary maintenance involves strict inspection and repair of equipment, including replacement of parts and restoration of equipment accuracy. Undertaken by dedicated maintenance technicians.

(d) Minor repair is the least labor-intensive local repair, which only involves partial repair, replacement, and adjustment.

(e) Medium maintenance is a planned repair with a large workload. The sewage treatment plant arranges it once every 1-3 years, which includes replacing and repairing the main parts of the equipment, inspecting the entire equipment and adjusting and calibrating it to meet the required technical standards.

(f) Overhaul is the most labor-intensive type of planned repair, including comprehensive disassembly, inspection, repair, replacement, adjustment of equipment, and finally reassembling into a new complete machine, and repainting or painting the exterior of the equipment. It usually takes several years or even ten years to complete, and can be done by a professional (repair) factory.

C. During the use of equipment, components and key parts will constantly wear out, which will affect the performance, efficiency, and safety of the equipment. The equipment top repair system is a working system that systematically inspects and repairs equipment through daily maintenance based on its "wear and tear" pattern, ensuring that the equipment is always in good condition.

The main contents of equipment pre repair system include daily maintenance, regular inspections, and planned repairs.

③ Principles of equipment maintenance work

Pay equal attention to maintenance and scheduled repairs, with a focus on prevention. Adhering to good maintenance can reduce the degree of equipment wear and tear; Timely maintenance can prevent minor issues from escalating into major problems.

Adhere to the principle of maintenance before production. Production requires good equipment, so maintenance is indispensable. We cannot make the repaired equipment run with problems in order to meet production tasks, which may cause serious damage or accidents and result in greater losses to production.

Adhere to the principle of combining professional repair with public maintenance. Workers are the users of equipment, and they are most familiar with the performance and technical condition of the equipment; And professional repair personnel have advantages such as specialized knowledge and maintenance methods, so equipment maintenance should be mainly based on professionalism and combined with specialized groups.

④ The organization of equipment maintenance work should mainly focus on the following aspects in order to do a good job in organizing equipment maintenance work.

A. Establish a functional department for equipment management and clarify the responsibility system.

B. Establish a professional maintenance team.

C. Develop equipment maintenance and repair plans.

D. Record and archive the trial operation, testing, and maintenance of equipment, handle equipment failures and accidents, and analyze and organize the recorded data.

E. Train employees on the safe operation of good equipment and mobilize all staff to participate in equipment management work.

L. Equipment management and maintenance personnel should implement an economic responsibility system and establish assessment indicators for equipment management and maintenance. Such as the actual operation rate, integrity rate, failure downtime rate, average maintenance time, maintenance cost, etc. of the equipment.

(4) Equipment renovation and update

With the development of the social economy or changes in the production scale of enterprises, sewage treatment plants need to be expanded or technologically transformed. In addition to the renovation and expansion of treatment structures, the main technological transformation content is the transformation and updating of mechanical equipment.

① Equipment renovation involves improving or adding certain devices to a certain part of the equipment to enhance its performance and increase efficiency. It should be carried out in a planned manner in conjunction with equipment overhaul, requiring professional personnel to be responsible and experienced technicians to carry out the work.

② Equipment update refers to the replacement of existing equipment that is no longer usable or economically viable with more economical and sophisticated equipment, enabling enterprises to acquire advanced and applicable technological devices.

(5) Operation and maintenance of grid cleaning machine

① When installing the equipment, attention should be paid to adjusting the gap between fixed and moving parts (such as guide rails and sliders) to ensure smooth up and down movement of the cleaning rake. Adjust the position of each travel switch and collision block, determine the time interval of the time relay, etc., so that the equipment completes the entire cycle action according to the designed program.

② After the adjustment is normal, the no-load test run should be conducted for hours without any faults before water can be injected and put into operation.

③ Lubricating oil and grease should be added to various lubrication parts such as electric motors, reducers, and bearings according to regulations. If using ordinary steel wire rope, lubricating grease should be applied regularly.

④ Regularly check the operation of motors, reducers, etc., replace worn parts in a timely manner, and replace steel wire ropes at any time when the broken strands exceed the specified allowable range. At the same time, the major and medium repair cycles should be determined, and maintenance should be carried out on time.

⑤ Regularly check whether the bracket components are flexible, promptly eliminate foreign objects in the clamps, and check whether the screws of each component are loose.
