Integrated treatment device for industrial wastewaterIt is a modular sewage treatment system that highly integrates multiple traditional sewage treatment units (such as pretreatment, biochemical treatment, sedimentation, disinfection, etc.) into one or several compact boxes or containers. The core idea is "factory prefabrication, on-site assembly, and rapid operation", providing an efficient, flexible, land saving, and easy to manage solution for small and medium-sized industrial wastewater treatment.

It is particularly suitable for:

A single factory within an industrial park.

Distributed industrial plant areas.

Pilot projects or temporary sewage treatment requirements.

Environmental projects with tight land availability or requiring rapid implementation.


Core working principle and typical process combination of industrial wastewater integrated treatment device

Its working principle is not a single technology, but a customized process combination based on wastewater quality (such as food wastewater containing organic matter, electroplating wastewater containing heavy metals, chemical wastewater with high salt and high COD, etc.). The common treatment target is organic wastewater, and its typical process route is as follows:

1. Preprocessing unit (integrated at the front end of the device)

Grille/regulating tank: intercepts large suspended particles, homogenizes water quality and quantity, and buffers impact loads. Usually, stainless steel coarse and fine grilles are integrated (as described in the previous topic).

● Physical and chemical treatment: For specific industrial wastewater, it may be integrated with coagulation sedimentation tanks, air flotation tanks, pH adjustment tanks, etc., to remove oil, suspended solids, some heavy metals, or perform pre acidification.

2. Core biochemical processing unit (device body)

Anaerobic process: For high concentration organic wastewater (COD>2000 mg/L), hydrolysis acidification or high-efficiency anaerobic reactors (such as integrated simplified versions of IC and UASB) are commonly used to decompose large organic compounds into small molecules and improve biodegradability.

Aerobic process: the core of the core, mainstream technologies include:

(1) A/O (anaerobic/aerobic) process: simultaneous removal of organic matter and denitrification.

(2) A ²/O (anaerobic/anoxic/aerobic) process: enhances nitrogen and phosphorus removal function.

(3) MBR (Membrane Bioreactor): Replacing the secondary sedimentation tank with membrane components (ultrafiltration/microfiltration) to achieve efficient separation of sludge and water, with good effluent quality and minimal footprint, is the mainstream choice for integrated devices.

(4) MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor): Suspended biological packing is added to the reactor to form a "mud film composite" system with high treatment efficiency and strong impact resistance.

(5) Contact oxidation method: Fill the pool with material, and microorganisms attach and grow to form a biofilm.

3. Subsequent processing unit

Sedimentation/separation: such as secondary sedimentation tank or MBR membrane tank, to achieve sludge water separation.

● Disinfection: Integrated UV sterilizer or sodium hypochlorite dosing device to ensure that effluent fecal coliforms and other indicators meet standards.

Deep processing (optional): According to reuse requirements, it can integrate filter tanks, activated carbon adsorption, advanced oxidation and other units.

4. Auxiliary and control system

● Sludge treatment: Usually integrated with small sludge concentration tanks or sludge hoppers designed as an integral part of the main body, with regular sludge discharge.

Intelligent control cabinet: core brain, integrated PLC, realizing fully automatic operation (automatic aeration, lifting, dosing, backwashing, alarm), can be remotely monitored (APP/computer end).
