1. Mixing reactor: accomplished through a pipeline mixer and orifice plate under hydraulic action. Using a pipeline mixer to mix the reagent and raw water together, and then reacting through the reactor's orifice plate, the colloidal substances, suspended solids, and reagent in the water gradually form solid alum particles during the collision process, and the alum particles continue to grow under hydraulic action.

2. Setter: In the sedimentation tank, due to the use of a specific 60 degree angled honeycomb pipeline, suspended solids collide in the honeycomb pipeline, and the clear water and suspended solids move in opposite directions up and down, settling in the sedimentation tank. The clear water and small particles enter the filtration tank.

3. Filter: The supernatant enters the filtration purifier, where most impurities are removed from the water. The water is then filtered through a double layer of smokeless coal and quartz sand to further remove tiny suspended solids remaining in the water, meeting the requirements of the national drinking water hygiene standards for effluent turbidity. The filter comes with a fully automated backwash function, which allows for regular drainage and flushing.
