The integrated water treatment equipment adopts membrane bioreactor technology, which is a new process combining biological treatment technology and membrane separation technology, replacing the secondary sedimentation tank in traditional processes. It can efficiently perform solid-liquid separation and obtain stable water for direct use. It can also maintain a high concentration of microorganisms in the biological pool, with minimal residual sludge in the process, effectively removing ammonia nitrogen. The suspended solids and turbidity in the effluent are close to zero, and bacteria and viruses in the effluent are greatly removed, resulting in low energy consumption and small footprint. Suitable for the treatment of domestic sewage in residential areas, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, government agencies, schools, military units, factories, and similar industrial organic wastewater, such as organic sewage treatment in textile, beer, paper, leather, food, chemical and other industries.

Our company produces reclaimed water treatment equipment with specifications ranging from 1-30T/H.

In response to the particularity of reclaimed water, our company combines practical experience in engineering.

There are three main process flows adopted:

（1） A process centered around biological processing.

（2） A process centered around physical and chemical methods.

（3） The combination process of biological and physicochemical methods.

The design of the equipment is mainly for the treatment of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage. The main treatment method is to use the currently mature biochemical treatment technology, contact oxidation method. The water quality parameters are calculated according to the general domestic sewage water quality design, with inlet BOD5 calculated at 200mg/L and outlet BOD5 calculated at 20mg/L. It consists of six parts: (1) primary sedimentation tank, (2) contact oxidation tank, (3) secondary sedimentation tank, (4) disinfection tank and disinfection device, (5) sludge tank, (6) fan room and fan.

Structure and characteristics:

The equipment is buried underground, making maintenance and upkeep difficult. Therefore, its maintenance free nature was considered in the design, and the overall structure of the equipment is reasonable and reliable. At the same time, it is also considered that even if some faults occur, the equipment can be accessed through its various inspection holes. All facilities of the equipment are located in several boxes, which are made of A3 steel plates and connected by seamless steel pipes. The equipment is coated with chlorosulfonated polyethylene anti-corrosion coating promoted by the Ministry of Chemical Industry both inside and outside. The anti-corrosion service life can generally reach more than 10 years.
