Intelligent Integrated Wastewater Purification System (ICWT)

ICWT-A products are mainly positioned in areas with high effluent quality requirements or water environment sensitivity, using the A/O-MBR process. The product integrates two national science and technology progress awards, "Membrane Integrated Wastewater Deep Purification Technology" and "Low Energy MBR Wastewater Resource Utilization New Technology". The main water quality indicators of its produced water can meet the requirements of Class IV (TN ≤ 15mg/L) of the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB3838-2002), Class A of the Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants (GB18918-2002), and the Water Quality for Landscape Environment of Urban Wastewater Reuse (GB18921-2002).

The ICWT-B product is mainly positioned for the demand of high effluent requirements for ammonia nitrogen, organic matter, etc., but low TN requirements. It adopts the O-MBR process to achieve efficient removal of ammonia nitrogen and organic matter. The product integrates two national science and technology progress awards, "Membrane Integrated Wastewater Deep Purification Technology" and "Low Energy MBR Wastewater Resource Utilization New Technology". The effluent quality meets the water quality standards for urban sewage recycling, mainly in accordance with the "Urban Sewage Recycling and Urban Miscellaneous Water Quality" (GB18920-2002).

The ICWT-T product is mainly positioned for low water quality requirements and adopts the traditional A/O+secondary sedimentation tank process. The product integrates advanced technologies such as pulse aeration, air lift circulation, and efficient clarification. The quality of its produced water meets the Class B standard of the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002).
