Pneumatic conveying, also known as air flow conveying, is a specific application of fluidization technology that utilizes the energy of air flow to transport granular materials along the direction of air flow in a closed pipeline. The structure of the pneumatic conveying device is simple and easy to operate. It can be used for horizontal, vertical, or inclined conveying. During the conveying process, it can also perform physical operations such as heating, cooling, drying, and air flow classification, as well as certain chemical operations. Compared with mechanical conveying, this method consumes more energy, particles are easily damaged, and equipment is also susceptible to abrasion. Materials with high moisture content, adhesive properties, or prone to static electricity during high-speed movement are not suitable for pneumatic conveying.
The main characteristics of pneumatic conveying are large conveying volume, long conveying distance, and high conveying speed; It can be loaded in one place and unloaded in multiple places.

The pneumatic conveying equipment consists of four main parts: 1. Air source part 2. Material sealing pump 3. Ash hopper and ash pipe 4. Ash conveying pipeline. The material sealing pump and ash hopper production factory are responsible for it. The rest will be customized by the user. The material sealing pump consists of an intake section, a diffusion mixing chamber, and a discharge section. The intake part consists of an intake control valve, a movable air duct, an adjustment mechanism, a nozzle, etc. The diffusion mixing chamber consists of a pump body, a gasification device, and an upper ash hopper. The discharge part is composed of a diffuser (tapered pipe, tapered pipe) ash discharge short section.
