Equipment installation steps:
1: When installing equipment, consideration should be given to areas with stable water supply and power supply.
2: Fill the filter material.
3: Connect the raw water source, connect the pre-treatment device to the main water inlet, and connect all component drainage outlets to the sewer.
4: Power line connection, first connect the underground to the ground and connect the power supply of the electrical control box.
5: Connect the water source and debug the pre-treatment device.
6: Control all components and rinse the reverse osmosis membrane for about 30 minutes when using the equipment for the first time.
Cleaning method:
There are three main cleaning methods: 1. Low pressure cleaning method 2. Offline cleaning method 3. Chemical cleaning method.
Low pressure cleaning method
This is an online cleaning method, which means washing the equipment without stopping its operation. This method is simple, easy to operate, and suitable for periodic cleaning, mainly for simple cleaning of the equipment surface.
Offline cleaning methods
Long term operation of the equipment may cause pollution blockage in the reverse osmosis device. At this time, we need to stop the equipment and disassemble some components and put them into a dedicated cleaning device for cleaning. This method of cleaning is relatively good, but it takes a long time.
Chemical cleaning method
This method is mainly aimed at disinfecting some components of the equipment when the water quality in production does not meet the standards. Generally, it is cleaned once a quarter. If the water quality frequently does not meet the standards, we need to modify the parameters of the equipment because unreasonable equipment parameters can easily cause equipment pollution.
Introduction to Control System:
With the development of technology, mechanical equipment nowadays tends to be operated in a "foolproof" manner, with just one click in place.
1: Fully automatic voice control mode, one button start, abandoning the traditional multi button start mode.
2: Once debugged, it can be used for life. The equipment only needs to be successfully debugged once to be used for life. Unless there is equipment failure, there is no need to frequently debug the equipment.
3: Fully automatic operation mode, no need for manual supervision, automated production and operation of equipment, some equipment components can be switched between automatic and manual modes.
4: The automatic protection device of the equipment will protect itself in case of insufficient raw water supply, avoiding the pressure impact caused by high-pressure water shortage on the equipment. Automatic power-off protection device, the equipment also has a set of self-protection devices in case of sudden power outage, to avoid damage to components caused by sudden equipment startup and shutdown.
5: Liquid level control system
When the water level in the tank does not meet the standard, the liquid level will be automatically controlled.
6: Automatic controller for dosing device
The dosing device automatically starts and stops, and the liquid level in the medicine box automatically prompts.
