4. CCO catalytic purification device:
This device introduces concentrated organic waste gas into the main equipment. After the organic waste gas is separated from the activated carbon layer by an internal heating device, it is decomposed into water and carbon dioxide through the action of a catalyst, releasing energy simultaneously. The energy is replaced by a heat exchange device to maintain the energy source for equipment self ignition.
5. Catalyst
Using precious metals such as Pd and Pt as the main active components, precious metals platinum and palladium have high activity, high purification efficiency, high temperature resistance, and long service life.
6. Main exhaust fan
The other main component of the circulation system, which guides the exhaust gas to operate in a set channel through a desorption fan, is responsible for directing the hot gas flow to the adsorption box to desorb organic matter, while also introducing the organic matter into the catalytic combustion device for decomposition.
7. Pneumatic and electric valves

8. The central hub of the entire equipment in the electronic control section is controlled by PLC program and HM human-machine interface to ensure the normal automatic operation of each device, while also providing protection, control, and monitoring for each power point.

Then, the organic matter is desorbed from the activated carbon using a hot air flow to regenerate the activated carbon; The detached organic matter has been concentrated (with a concentration several tens of times higher than before) and sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic combustion into carbon dioxide and water vapor, which are then discharged

After regeneration, it can enter the next adsorption; During desorption, the purification operation can be carried out using another adsorption bed, which is suitable for both continuous and intermittent operations.

At this time, the electric heating stops, and the activated carbon bed that adsorbs organic waste gas is started for about 1 hour. The catalytic combustion waste gas is used for desorption regeneration, and the desorbed gas is sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for purification without external energy, with low operating costs and significant energy-saving effects.
