1、 Product OverviewDenitrification laser ammonia escape online monitoring system (high-temperature extraction laser)

(7) Homogenization and storage

a. All types of materials should be stored in warehouses or sheds and should not be stored outdoors;

b. Each powder warehouse (bin) should be equipped with dust removal facilities at the top pressure relief port;

c. The bottom material feeding port of the raw material and clinker warehouse should be equipped with a gas hood and dust removal facilities;

d. Material homogenization should be carried out in a closed storage or shed.

(8) Packaging and Shipping

a. The packaging machine should be equipped with dust removal facilities;

b. During the transportation of bagged cement, a gas collection hood should be installed to capture cement dust scattered on the conveyor belt and the surface of the cement bag;

c. Dust removal facilities should be installed at the outlet of the bulk machine in the cement warehouse.

(9) Co disposal of waste

The loading, unloading, storage, transportation, and pretreatment processes of waste disposal in cement plants should be enclosed.

(10) Factory hardening

The factory area and the connecting lines with the main roads should be hardened, mechanically cleaned and watered regularly every day to maintain cleanliness. Dust and ash accumulation in rainwater drainage ditches and green belts in the factory area should be cleaned up in a timely manner.

(11) Production process equipment, exhaust gas collection systems, and pollution control facilities should operate synchronously. When the exhaust gas collection system or pollution control facilities malfunction or undergo maintenance, the corresponding production process equipment should be stopped and put into use together after the maintenance is completed.

3. Building materials industry (including brick and tile, ceramic sand, refractory materials, ceramics, lime manufacturing, etc.)

(1) Raw material and fuel control

a. The storage yard for coal gangue, raw coal and other powdery materials is fully closed, and the storage yard for shale and other blocky materials is semi closed. During the loading and unloading of materials, spray and other dust control measures are taken. The outlet of the storage yard is equipped with a vehicle washing device (which can meet the needs of winter operation);

b. The transportation of powdered materials adopts fully enclosed belt conveyor, while the transportation of other materials should be equipped with gas collection hoods and dust removal facilities at the dust production points;

c. The aging of raw materials should be carried out in a closed storage facility.

(2) Crushing and preparation molding

a. The crushing and screening process of various raw materials and fuels should be carried out in a closed factory building and equipped with dust removal facilities;

b. Shale, coal gangue, coal and other crushing and screening materials should be equipped with gas hoods and dust removal facilities at dust producing points such as equipment inlet and outlet;

c. Dust collection hoods and dust removal facilities should be installed at the dust production points during the ingredient and mixing process.

(3) Drying and roasting

a. The flue gas from drying rooms and roasting kilns should be collected in an organized manner and discharged through exhaust pipes after being treated by pollution control facilities; Strengthen the sealing of the drying chamber and roasting kiln to ensure that there is no smoke escape during the entry and exit of kiln cars and production;

b. The external coal on the kiln roof should be stored in a sealed manner, and the coal feeding hole on the kiln roof should be closed in a timely manner when not in operation;

c. The surface structure of the kiln car is dense and tidy. Before stacking the bricks, maintenance and cleaning should be carried out to prevent dust from entering the kiln.

(4) Dust removal ash

a. The dust collector should be equipped with a closed ash bin and promptly unloaded to prevent dust from falling to the ground;

b. If vehicle transportation is used, a humidification system should be used during the loading process of the dust removal ash, and the transportation vehicle should be covered. The dust removal ash should be transported back to the raw material system.

(5) Road hardening and vehicles

The factory roads, raw material and fuel storage yards, factory areas, and connecting lines with main roads should be hardened, and feasible measures such as machine sweeping, dust collection, and watering should be taken to implement cleaning responsibilities. The factory roads, rainwater drainage ditches, green belts, hardened sites, etc. should be kept clean and free of dust accumulation; Transport vehicles should clean their wheels and bodies when leaving the factory area.
