  • 1、 Product Introduction
    The ultrasonic screening system is a simple, practical, and reliable screening system, which is an effective solution to current mesh blockage. It can be widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, chemical engineering, mineral processing, and food that require fine screening and filtration.     2、 Working principle
    The ultrasonic screening system consists of an ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply, HF link cable, transducer, and resonator. The high-frequency electricity generated by the power supply of the ultrasonic vibrating screen is converted into longitudinal oscillation waves in the form of high-frequency sine waves by the transducer. These oscillation waves are transmitted to the resonator to resonate, and then the vibration is uniformly transmitted to the screen surface by the resonator. By combining low-frequency three-dimensional vibration with ultrasonic vibration, the material on the sieve can prevent blockage of the mesh and improve screening yield and accuracy.
    3、 Structural parameters
    Ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply: 38KHz high-frequency high-power ultrasonic power supply. Equipped with a built-in microcomputer chip, it can automatically track the digital frequency throughout the entire process according to the different states of the material, without the need for manual adjustment, making the operation simple and convenient. The oscillator has low heat generation and stable working state after long-term operation.

    4、 Main features
    1. Equipped with self-cleaning function, the mesh does not clog.
    2. Change the characteristics of the screened material.
    3. No need to add anti blocking devices such as jumping balls to extend the service life of the screen mesh.
    4. Suitable for screening particles between 40-635 mesh, especially those below 100 mesh.
    5. Screening particle size can increase yield by 10 times by 1-70%.

    5、 Instructions for use
    1. Firstly, lock the transducer onto the mesh frame with a locking force of 40-50 kg, and then install the ultrasonic mesh frame into the vibrating screen.
    2. The ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply and the rotary vibrating screen are powered separately. The rotary vibrating screen is powered by three-phase power supply, while the ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply is powered by single-phase power supply. Both need to be reliably grounded.
    3. The OUT on the rear panel of the ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply is ultrasonic output. Please insert the ultrasonic HF connection wire into the lock and check the reliability of the connection. The other end of the aviation plug of the HF link cable is connected to the transducer and securely sealed.
    4. Connect the power supply of the ultrasonic vibrating screen and the ultrasonic HF link cable, check for accuracy, and then turn on the ultrasonic power switch. With the sound of "dripping", the power supply of the ultrasonic vibrating screen starts, the display window shows "vibration amplitude XXX μ m", and enters the self check state. By adjusting the amplitude knob, the vibration amplitude can be adjusted (it is recommended to have a vibration amplitude of 100-150 μ m, which is beneficial for the lifespan of the sieve).
    5. The ultrasonic harmonic vibration power supply has two working states: continuous "-" working state and pulse "-" working state. The normal working state is continuous "-" working state, massage type construction, and enters the pulse "-" working state. Press' continuous build 'in the pulse' 'state to return to the continuous working state.
