JX-8300 type furnace external dosing device
The external dosing device includes devices such as adding coagulants to raw water, adding coagulants to raw water, adding stabilizers (corrosion inhibitors) to circulating water, adding scale inhibitors to circulating water, adding bactericides to circulating water, adding ammonia to the start-up boiler room, adding phosphate to the start-up boiler room, and coating the condenser with ferrous sulfate. The modular combination form is generally one box one pump, one box two pumps, two boxes two pumps, two boxes three pumps, and its system is similar to the furnace dosing device. The materials of the main components of the device are stainless steel, carbon steel lined with rubber (lined with plastic), and ABS engineering plastic, depending on user requirements and the properties of the added chemicals.
Main Features
1. Small unit structure, variable frequency regulation, continuous dosing.
2. The outlet of the dosing pump is equipped with a flow meter, which can intuitively reflect the flow rate of the dosing pump under actual operating conditions.
3. Automatic pump shutdown at low liquid level.
4. It can achieve automatic switching between main and backup pumps.
5. Equipped with thermal relay protection function to prevent motor overload.
6. It has multiple control modes such as manual, automatic, and soft manual, which interlock with each other to better meet on-site requirements.
7. Provide control interfaces for computers to facilitate future computer networking and remote control in power plants.
8. Electrical short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, phase loss protection and other functions. When the outlet is blocked or the outlet valve is not opened, the relevant valves will automatically open, and the pump outlet liquid will flow back to the solution tank or be directly discharged.
9. The solution tank is equipped with a level gauge with an alarm signal, which has high and low level sound and light alarm functions.
