1、 Preface
In industries such as water treatment, chemical engineering, printing and dyeing, it is often necessary to add another solution in a certain proportion to water or other liquids. 2、 Scope of application

4、 Process Structure Description
There are three types of JY dosing devices, each consisting of three main parts: 1. Mixer; 2. Solution tank; 3. Measuring devices and dosing equipment.
The following are discussed separately:
1. Blender: It consists of a mixing tank and a mixing device. Its function is to mix the solute that needs to be added with water in a certain proportion and ensure thorough mixing.
2. Solution tank: used to store the stirred medicinal solution for addition and backup.
3. Metering device and dosing method: There are two types in the JY series: (1) using a metering pump for dosing. (2) Add water using a water injector and measure with a rotor flowmeter. If added before the pump, the water injector can be omitted and needs to be pressurized at 2kg/cm²The above.
