Process Structure Description
The JY type dosing device consists of three main parts: 1. Mixing device; 2. Medicine storage box; 3. Pipeline and metering devices; 4. Add equipment.
1. Mixing device: composed of a mixing drum and a stirrer, its function is to mix the added solute and water in a certain proportion and mix them thoroughly.
2. Storage box: used to store the already stirred solution for use in dosing equipment.
3. Pipeline and metering device: used for liquid discharge and observation of dosage.
4. Dosing equipment: Magnetic pumps, screw pumps, or metering pumps can be used to add medication to the demand body.
